This event is purely educational to help answer questions for local businesses about the new qualifications for Payroll Tax Credits they may be eligible for. There will be a 30 minute presentation and then 30 minutes for Q&A.\n\nWe'll discuss how the Employee Retention Tax Credits work in conjunction with PPP loans for 2020 and 2021.  You'll learn what is required to qualify for the credits\, how to estimate what their benefits might be and how to claim them.\n\nFor 2021 these ERTCs could be quite valuable.  If your business is still seeing revenue impacts due to Covid\, or is under government restrictions related to Covid\, the credits could reduce your payroll tax deposits or create refunds on your quarterly payroll tax return.
