Red Cedar Bistro combines the culinary expertise of award-winning Executive Chef Larry Shore\, with his extensive background in Mediterranean cuisine\, and the artistic vision of Sandy Shore\, who curates the restaurant&rsquo\;s rotating art exhibitions. Larry&rsquo\;s love for the culinary arts was evident from a very young age\, reminiscing\, &ldquo\;I want to be a cooker man\,&rdquo\; a declaration he made at just six years old.
