Longmont's first annual culinary celebration is kicking off this April: Longmont Restaurant Week is a ten day event during which participating restaurants will offer creative, attractive menus at the prix fixe price of $18.71. 1871 was the year Longmont was founded and restaurant week is a celebration of the vibrancy and growth since then.
