Walking/working surfaces cover any exposure to an employee that can lead to a slip, trip or fall regardless of industry. This can include slippery or icy conditions, poor housekeeping, fall from height hazards and much more. Employers need to consider these risks in the workplace and educate employees on how to identify the hazards and reduce their exposure.
