By entering the Chili Cook-Off, you’re helping raise funds that support The Inn Between’s mission of providing affordable housing and stability for local families and individuals in the St. Vrain Valley.

Chili Chef Details

Event Date & Time:
Saturday, September 13th, from 1-4 PM

• Bring 8–10 quarts of chili
• Arrive between 12:15–1:00 PM with chili in a crockpot already heated (drop off is at the loading dock—follow signage, attendants will assist)
• Chili will be transferred into chafing pans and assigned an anonymous number
• Do NOT bring toppings (sour cream, cheese, onions, etc.)
• Label your crockpot with your name for pickup after the event

• Tasting/Judging begins at 1:30 PM and ends around 3:15 PM
• Winners announced between 3:45–4:00 PM

• Your chili entry includes one pint of Bootstrap beer (ticket provided at check-in)
• Prizes awarded for the top three chilies in each category (Red & Green): 
  • 1st Place: $250
  • 2nd Place: $100
