Ribbon Cutting | Casa Lou

We're celebrating the completion of Casa Lou Cardenas, a new mixed-use building at 9th & Main in Longmont.

Longmont developer, Jennifer Peterson, passed this run down, dingy corner of Longmont for years and thought, "Someone should fix that up." She decided to be that someone.

She put together a team of architect, engineers, and general contractor and got started. Now, she invites you to join her for the ribbon cutting and grand opening on Friday, May 17th.

The building is named after Eloyda “Lou” Cardenas, a trailblazer for equity and inclusion in Longmont long before those terms were common. The Cardenas Family, and the project team of Casa Lou will all be there and we hope you will too.
