Crossroads School is an alternative middle and high school for students who aren't successful in traditional schools for a whole variety of reasons—smart, creative kids who just don't "fit" the system. We give them an individualized, mastery-based, highly-relational program to build their skills and confidence, earn their diplomas, and make a positive plan for their lives. Crossroads Workforce Readiness Program is a part-time option to help any high school students explore careers and their own aptitudes through assessment, research, career conversations, interview practice, resume writing, job shadows, internships, and coursework, so they graduate high school not just with a diploma but with a clear plan for what comes next.
